- Prices are for the apartment.
- To make a reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. This deposit is not refundable.
- The deposit is to be made by bank transfer. The balance is to be made in cash upon arrival.
- Confirmation/cancellation must be made within 7 days from the specified date of arrival.
- Registration of document is immediate on arrival and before handing over the keys.
- The apartment must be vacated within, and no later than 12:00 noon on the day of departure and may be occupied from 10:00 on the day of arrival, but no later than 18:00 (except for special needs and in any case with the previous agreement with the managers).
- Longer stay may be agreed with managers.
